Massive Christmas Show & Artisan Market returns to Tradex in Abbotsford

The West Coast Christmas Show & Artisan Market returns to the TRADEX in Abbotsford Nov 15-17, offering a unique, fun and festive shopping experience right here in the Fraser Valley.

As the largest Christmas Show in the Lower Mainland with over 170 artisans and 300 participants, it’s the perfect spot to support local makers and find some unique handmade treasures for your loved ones.

Discover new gift ideas, original art, crafts, woodwork, ceramics, specialty foods, home décor, clothing, furniture, floral designs, jewellery, candles, soaps, toys, and much more.

Pay it Forward

For 2019, the show presents a new feature – It Takes a Village Artisans: Paying it Forward while fulfilling your Christmas shopping list.

Shop among the gathering of community-minded artisans who are committed to giving back. Fair trade, zero waste and community support through giving back are all components of this feature area.

And once again, there’s a variety of entertainment and fun for all ages making it easy to spend the whole day.

Take a break from shopping to check out local talented groups perform on the new Community Arts Stage, including the Royal City Youth Ballet and Spiral Dance.

Santa’s Workshop is Back!

Santa’s Workshop will also be up and running for young shoppers, with Santa’s helpers ready to help children decorate and take home their very own free Christmas cookie baked fresh by the chefs in Santa’s Workshop. Kids can even create their own Sand Art pictures created with coloured sand, and write their own letter to Santa and post the letter direct in his own Santa’s Mailbox.

Have a young sports fan in the house? Abbotsford’s very own basketball team, The Fraser Valley Bandits, will be appearing at Santa’s Playground. Meet the players and shoot some hoops for a chance to win season passes to the Bandit’s games.

Psst…come to the event dressed in your most hideous holiday sweater for the 5th annual Ugly Sweater competition and have your photo taken for a chance to win a fabulous prize!
